Easy Video Editing Tasks Help Me PLEASE I Beg of You

Step 1: I have a GIF of a tennis ball name Jacquavious

Step 2: It needs to spin in place while music plays

Step 3: Each song's title needs to be on the screen while it's playing (tracklist will be provided)

Step 4: $$$

If you have the skills (which I do not) to complete this task, then I will happily give you identical tasks in the future with slightly different tennis balls and tracklists

A sense of humor is appreciated :)
