Responsibilities
- Establish whether the initial proposal matched the requirements outlined in the RFP
- Evaluate the quality of the work done so far
- Assess the new proposal
Skills
- Experience in evaluating software development proposals and contracts
- Ability to assess the quality of software solutions and their alignment with business requirements
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project timelines and budgets
- Experience in project management and understanding of software development life cycle
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations
