Technical Writer - Entry Level Remote
We're looking for a Technical Writer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote, entry-level position where you'll create clear, well-organized technical documentation for developers and users.
About the role
You'll write and maintain technical documentation that helps customers succeed. Your responsibilities will include:
Write clear, accurate technical documentation for developers and technical usersCreate new content designed to help customers understand and use products effectivelyReview and update existing documentation for accuracy and relevanceEdit and proofread technical documents for clarity and consistencyWork with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and refine contentSupport team members in improving their writing skills
Skills/background needed
No prior experience required—we provide full training. You should have:
Strong writing and communication skillsAbility to explain complex topics clearly and conciselyComfortability learning new technical conceptsAttention to detail and organizational skillsWillingness to work collaboratively with technical teamsFamiliarity with tools like Google Docs or Microsoft Word
